Luz
Clarita is a little girl raised by her grandmother, who
unfortunately is very sick and soon dies, leaving her orphaned
to be raised by nuns. "Daddy Warbucks" appears as
Don Mariano - a rich, handsome widower who is looking for a
companion for his daughter. He goes to the orphanage where he
finds Luz Clarita, a little enchantress whom everyone loves.
Mariano brings her to his mansion, where she receives a
less-than-warm welcome from his hard'hearted and conceited
daughter, Mariela. One of Luz Clarita's best friends is
Soledad - an amnesiac, whose only clues to her past are brief
glimpses in dreams. She is the cook in the orphanage.
Soledad's kind heart and beauty touch more than just Luz
Clarita, especially when Mariano first meets her. Soledad,
Mariano, Mariela and Luz Clarita may find in one another the
pieces missing from each of their lives...
