Paraiso ("The author") develops you to use this Software (Paraiso
Software) for your own private use. This Software is designed in
your personal needs.
You MAY:
(a)
make a copy of the software;
(b)
install the software on another computer;
(c)
transfer this Software to another
RESTRICTIONS
You MAY NOT:
(a)
sell or include this Software and/or output created with this
Software in a product or package which intends to receive benefits
through the inclusion of this Software;
(b)
include this Software on CD-ROMs without prior permission from the
author;
(c)
make this Software available on any other www-site, P2P
(peer-to-peer) file-sharing networks like KaZaA, Gnutella, Hotline
or link directly to the Software;
(d)
cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or
alteration of this Software;
(e)
remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other
notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software.
TERM
This
License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any
time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies of the
Software, together with all copies thereof. This License will also
terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this
Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software,
together with all copies thereof.
COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP
This
Software and its source code are proprietary products of Paraiso
Software and are protected by copyright and other intellectual
property laws. You acquire only the right to use the Software and do
not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software other
than those specified in this License.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This
Software and the accompanying files are presented "AS IS" and
without any warranties whether expressed or implied.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
The
author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or
any other kind of loss while using or misusing this Software.
