PARAISO SOFTWARE
TERM AND CONDITIONS

Client must
provide necessary materials (e.g. text, images, etc.) no later than
15 business days before completion date Paraiso Software will not be
held responsible for any failure to meet client's deadlines if the
client does not supply all materials necessary to complete project
before two weeks of set completion date. If the client does not
supply Paraiso Software with the complete text, graphics, or other
materials necessary to complete the project within the given period,
then the target date of completion will be move from the day(s)
elapsed.
The client
is responsible for providing Paraiso Software with the following
materials in order to complete project:

Photographs of Board of Directors, Events and especial occasion
such as seminars, meetings, etc. (WEB SERVICES)
