Money Sucks:

Money does suck. In this world, everything revolves around money, and it is not fair. The richest 10% of the population of the United States alone make more than the other 90% combined. Bill Gates could give, GIVE, every person in the country 1 million dollars straight cash and still be the richest bloke this side of Saudi Arabia. It sucks.

I give Bill credit though, he earned his loot. He took a technology and built up from nothing. He also contributes millions every year to multiple charities, not just for the tax break, but for charities he favors and is involved with. That takes commitment and passion. But to be born into wealth takes no skill, no passion, and no will. It just happens. And those people grow up without financial struggle and without the character that being poor brings.

Being poor has its upside. As I mentioned, it creates character. You never know true humility until you have to ask for help to obtain food or clothing. You never know the value of a bag of rice until it is the only food in your cupboard. I am not saying everyone should be poor once in their lives, but instead of spitting on beggars, maybe try and understand them. Maybe you'll be that beggar someday and realize how much money sucks too.
