Why does the site look wierd?
Well there are a number of reasons why this could happen, but the leading most reasons might be your resolution setting, and the browser you are using.

This page is best viewed in 1024x768 resolution, with Internet Explorer as your browser, on a PC/Windows OS.

Having a lower resolution (i.e. 800x600) will make the page look bigger, and blockier, and perhaps some distortion.  Using a higher resolution (i.e. 1152x864) may work just fine, but the site will appear smaller, and perhaps make some of the smaller text unreadable.  Also, using other browsers, or other Operating Systems (i.e. Linex, Unix, Apple O/S, or Palm PC) may make the site not function properly, or look jumbled and un-uniform.

This problem will hopefully be corrected in the future, but until the means to do so present themselves, 1024x768 with IE will be the sites standard configuration.

I further apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
