The Sabbat has just replaced its Archbishop with a outsider to the area, a Brujah from the eastern seaboard, Rumors from within the Sabbat is that this Brujah was thought to be killed by a Toreador Elder while working for Cardinal Polonia of New York, Until he showed up here in Wheeling, Other then that little is known of him, Since his arrival the Sabbat have laid low and have covered they're movements very well, No one knows if this is because of the Hunters or if he is planning something huge regardless of the Church within the city. Either way you can cut through the air with a knife the tension being so thick.
