Character Creation

Freebie Points May not be used to buy Intermediate level Disciplines. Only XP may be used for this. (This includes any XP you may have received for backgrounds, etc.)

Clan Caps Some Clans may be capped, at ST discretion. There are no Tremere Antis or Tzimisce Antitribu.

Blood Magic Caps The game will not exceed more then a 20% ratio of PCs with Blood Magic.

Gen Caps Generations are capped at 11th. Anything lower must have ST approval and an open lower-generation slot. A PC sire will make the chances of getting the lower-generation slot easier. A character with a PC sire need not spend freebies on Generation represented by their Sire.

For every 20 people the cap spread for 10th generation and below is as follows:

8th Gen: 2 slots

9th Gen: 3 slots

10th Gen: 4 slots

Anyone who occupies one of these slots and diablerizes to a generation with no available slots will continue to occupy their old slot, preventing a new character from being created in that slot. If enough characters diablerize down to 10th or lower generation, then higher generations may become capped to control the generation spread.

XP The maximum xp a player a earn a month is 8.

General Notes In the Sabbat, Callous is a Positive Social Trait. Also, Sabbat Vampires get 0 points of Backgrounds, and 4 dots of Basic Disciplines. Backgrounds must be purchased with Freebie points or XP. The Sabbat frowns upon Mortal interactions, so they tend not to have Retainers, Influence, Allies, or Contacts.
