*~*~*~ Guidelines for Adopter's Pages ~*~*~*

This is to inform all potential adopters what I DO & DO NOT want to see in an adoptee's page. This is the checklist that I use when I check out adopters pages; so you know exactly what I'm looking for in a page. I really want people to adopt from me, and I did this to help make it easier for that to happen.

Of course, your web page does not have to be EXACTLY what I list here, after all everyone has their own sense of taste. If you have most of the things under the 'Good Page' heading, then you have a suitable page. If you have everything I list and then some, you have an excellent page. ANY of the things listed under 'Bad Page', then some more work needs to be done on your site before the adoption will proceed.

Anything with (~) is highly looked upon; anything without it, however is purely optional.

GOOD PAGE
(~) There must be a working page with a working link back to Paradise Isle Adoptions

(~) Paradise Isle Adoptees (aka; the pets) are the center of attention for the page. A guardian, playmate, partner, or Bond-mate is an acceptable additon to the page, but the Adoptees are the featured pet.

Guardians, friends, ect. are allowed to be adopted from other places, but be sure they are only there for playing or guarding your Paradise Isle creature. PLEASE NO MORE THAN ONE (1) ADDITIONAL PLAYMATES, GUARDIANS, FRIENDS, ECT. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE YOU'RE BONDMATE (IF YOU OWN BOTH)

(~) Have nice graphics on your page. Spruce their living-space according to your tastes. They don't like to be surrounded by ugliness, or a boring white void. Give them troves, collections, hoards, furniture, fountains, gardens, whatever you want (within reason, of course) ^_~* Let them know they are welcome.

(~) A table of stats. Fill out what you can on your page before the Application is processed, and add the rest when your pet arrives. Cluch #, Gender, Name, True-Name, ect.

At least one (1) short paragraph telling about your pet(s); their personalities, what they like to do, their Bond-mates or partners, give the visitors to your page something nice to read.

BAD PAGE
Non-working Webpage.

Broken or non-working link to Paradise Isle Adoptions

No Stat table

Little or no story about your Pet

No graphics

No persona or friend

Pages hosted by Neopets, Yahoo Clubs, and non-graphic supporting hosts
