Beyond thy Yozora
Are Kara Bokutachi wa
Nanika wo shinjite koreta kanaa....
Yozora no mukou ni wa
Ashita ga mo matte iru
What do the lyrics suggest to you? Many say, it implies that hope ie tomorrow lies ahead the dark gloomy night sky if we persist. Smap is best at producing songs of encouragement, songs that give our hearts a tender touch and our souls an assuring push so that we can face daily challenges more positively. However this song holds a different sentiment for me. Perhaps it has got to do with the time which I first learn about this song. It was not exactly the best period of my life, and a lot of things were not falling in the right place. Fortunately, through "Yozora no Mukou" I learnt to pick myself up, and get life all going again. In the song, i learn, that "yozora no mukou ni wa, ashita ga mo matte iru", that as much as I wish to escape into the dark nights, I can't possibly do that cuz at the end of it all, I still need to face realities of life. Just like, without fail, day after day, rays of tomorrow's sun shall always come after a night of darkness. There's no point hiding from what is bound to come. Mou asu ga matteiru... doesn't refer to the hope that tomorrow will bring, but rather, the problems that soon surface themselves again after the comfort of the night. Sounds depressing, eh? However, if we view this in a positive manner, we'll soon agree that only when we stop escaping, and realise practicality to carry on fighting, we can make a change in our lives. Deshou? ^-^ Hence, I'll pick up to fight again each time I meet with a setback, with the spirits of "Yozora no Mukou" backing me. I hope it will do the same for you too. :) are kara bokutachi wa nanika wo shinjite koreta kanaa.... yozora no mukou ni wa mou asu ga matteiru
