We are a family run Town House Bed & Breakfast and all public areas are non-smoking. There is a payphone in the hall for outgoing calls. We do not have a bar but drinks can be served in the lounge until 9pm, although this is a limited service.
Rooms are available from 2pm.
Please let us know if you intend to arrive after 6pm. Arrivals after 9pm by arrangement only.
Reception and switchboard open from 9am - 9pm.
Bank Holidays and peak seasons weekends minimum of 2 nights only.
We are a RESIDENTS ONLY establishment and to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests we have a surveillance and door entry system.
Prices may be subject to alteration without notice. Please confirm at time of booking. No deposit required but a credit card number, name, initials and expiry date are needed to confirm booking. Please book by phone, not by letter. Please note that cancellation will incur a �25.00 per person fee unless you give 7 days notice. In the event of difficulties with your booking you may be able to transfer to another date. Any inquiries should be directed below.
