5.19 .04 Sup rockers? I redid our entire merch line, and I must say they are much cooler. Plus they have alpha so the ugly white squares are gone. Hopefully, we're doing a demo of "from the start" with the full band sometime in the next two weeks. If we have time, we'll also do "american kryptonite." I would also like to share that our "brother band," Zero to Hero, is now up and running on purevolume, and soon to have a homepage. Check em out at the friends section. later kids. _dan 5.14.04 Went to the project 220 show, it was awesome. Star 51 did an awesome segment of the show, and I got to talk to Dave a little afterwards. Sweet. As you can see, I carefully made a much cooler header for the pages now. It seems we now have a practice space, and hopefully we'll soon begin regualr practices and get demos of all the songs on our first CD made with my cheap recorder. I put up a new ditty I wrote today, "Almost the best song ever." This 'could' be just for 'fun,' but I rather hope to perform this one with my compadres. We've also been selecting cover songs...including: "Empty Apartment" and "Back Home" by Yellowcard and "American Kryptonite" by Five Iron Frenzy Our bassist wally quit and has now been replaced by Davy Johnson. I finally get a news update. YES! I'm working on two totally original songs with Sean, and we're making good progress. We're still working on "Every Move I Make," the remix of it I did is sounding good. Mike's taking lessons now, and can play wicked power chords. Combined with my ska chords of doom, along with a snappy drum beat and horns section, not to mention Anth's amazing keyboard undertones, the song is sounding awesome. I want to start teaching the guys "American Kryptonite" soon. Anyway, if you're a member, there's a practice tomorrow. BE THERE. Anyway, rumor has it Anth is also writing a few songs...hint hint cough cough. Oh, and Sean's been doing the website, along with graphics from me. Hats off to him. And me.
