| Understanding Can you tell I have a weakened state of mind? Yeah, you gave it to me. And this overwhelming pressure deep inside? Yet again, it's all from you. Now, you go first and tell me what's on your mind, I promise not to laugh. On second thought, how about I do? Just so that I feel at ease. It's hard to understand the complicated you, and I guess I never will. I sure do wish you would stay the same. Your two faces are getting old. You say you love me still, but to what extent? I've tried to find the proof, in your every word that proves that talk is cheap, and I haven't found shit yet. "Copyright" 2002 Adam Cooper |

| Damaged Don't be afraid to open up to me, you know I would never hurt you. Just let doubt go and let me in, vulnerability is an ancient virtue. Do the waters look to deep? Are you afraid that they may seep into your heart of stone and revert it back to flesh? As silly as it may sound, it may be that you have found something dear to you that can dry all of your tears. This elusion inside of you was given your soul to chew. You allow it passage in, then feel sorry for yourself. In the future that I forsee your felicity will never be. You hold your hopes too high and expect the world to bend. Don't epect all fantasies to come true, more often then not they don't. Helping you join reality is one thing I will do. Embracing your idiocy is something I won't. "Copyright" 2002 Adam Cooper |
