| Papri Guha is a talented poet in the contemporary Bengali literature. Her poems are powerful and subtle. She has been regularly publishing poems over the past decade in the prestigious magazine Desh published by Ananda Publishers, Calcutta (Anandabazar, West Bengal, India). Her poems have appeared in the 2007 Durgapuja issues (sharodiyo sankhya) of Desh and Sananda. Her poems have appeared in regular issues of Desh 2008 and will also appear in the Durgapuja issues of 2008. | ||||||||
| She has an MA in English Literature from the University of Leeds (U.K.). She also writes poems in English, and short stories in both Bengali and English.
