Stud service will be provided for a minimum 1 year old bitch. Mating may occur at our residence or bitch owner's residence based upon mutual agreement of parties. Payment is due in cash or money order when dogs are brought together. If no mating occurs within 1 week, for any reason, payment will be returned. If bitch fails to deliver live, dead or miscarried pup(s) a full refund will be made following veterinarian examination with diagnosis in writing (paid for by bitch owner) up to 75 days after contract signing. No refund will be made if written diagnosis is not delivered to Kim Bultsma, stud owner, within 75 days from signing of contract. Stud owner is not responsible or liable for any birth defects of any puppies concieved. Bitch owner has full ownership of litter.
