I served on board this Nuclear Powered, Fleet Ballistic Missile Submarine for Six Deterrent Patrols from July 1973 to September 1976. I stood watches as Navigation Center Supervisor. Below is a list of some of the men that also served on the Greene during that time.

Joe was a Ships Inertial Navigation System Technician on board the USS Nathanael Greene and on the USS Canopus during the 1970's. He is currently living in Oklahoma. Ernie and I were both Central Navigation Computer Technician on board the USS Nathanael Greene and on the Canopus during the 1970's. He is currently living in New Hampshire. Pete was a Central Navigation Computer Technician on board the USS Canopus during the 1970's. Before that, he served on Polaris FBM Submarines as a NAVDAC Computer Technician. He is currently living in Virginia.
