Things to do in the Williamsport area...

This year's Winter Pony Festival will be held in Muncy, Pennsylvania -- just minutes outsides of historic Williamsport, the home of Little League Baseball! The event will last for two days and will be held in my husband's family's summer home -- a large victorian "gentleman's farm" close to the Lycoming Mall.

Williamsport is teaming with activities that range from nature hikes to musical theatre. Since everybody will be here for a few days, we've decided to post some links to local activities and restaurants in case anybody wants to "hit the town" at some point during their stay.
 

Dining, Clubs and More
Downtown Williamsport features many of the national chain restaurants such as T.G.I. Friday's, Olive Garden, Red, Lobster, Ruby Tuesday, Charlie Brown's Steakhouse and more. But don't overlook our local cuisine!

Williamsport features tons of shopping opportunities! in addition to all the staples (Wal-Mart, KMart, Sam's Club, etc.) we have a great downtown shopping district as well as one of the largest malls in this part of the state!

Lycoming Mall -- a large mall featuring too many stores to list! KB Toys, Toys R Us, Sam's Club, Pier One, Circuit City, Value City and much, much more!
