involved in gymnastics since I was 3 years old. I began classes at age 3 at the local school, then
when I was 7 I moved to a competitive gym. I began competing at age 8 & in 1994 when I was 15,
I had to quit because of a bad back injury I suffered. I began coaching & for a while coached at
Gymnastics World, Inc. in Tucson, home of olympic coach Yoichi Tomita & USA national team
member Yewki Tomita. I've since stopped coaching, although I miss it terribly!!! Although I'm young, I'm married to a wonderful guy named
Antonio. He's originally from Mexico, but has been in the USA for over 10 years. We have a
beautiful daughter named Olivia, born in December 1998 & an adorable son named Izrael, born on
July 1, 2000. I've been a fan of Romanian gymnastics since 1984 when I saw the Olympics on TV
from Los Angeles...I was only 5 & ever since then the Romanians have been my absolute favorites!!!
I've collected everything I possibly can on all of them & now I've decided to make this website,
to share my information & love of the Romanians with everyone who's a fan of theirs too. I hope
