She wouldn�t find out until February 12, and so she counted down the days, and wondered what on earth it could be. February 12 arrived, and so did he. And when he saw her, he pulled from behind his back one dozen red roses. There�s something about red roses, and she smiled warmly. �My turn,� she said, and she stood up on her toes, and kissed him once. He smiled at her, �I know it�s early,� he said. �But happy Valentine�s Day.� And they kissed again, and smiled. |
