The PMS Constitution

Article I
There shall no longer, for any purpose, be a monarchy at PMS. It is a tried and failed system, though King Willis did solve maybe a dispute, it crumbled in the end, due to some complainers. Furthermore, no other form of government, including a republic, shall exist at PMS. The only ruling ability one shall have is through respect. Anarchy is cool.

Article II
1. All PMSians shall give due respect to all others. In one PMSian does not give respect to another, he shall be equally disrespected and indirectly flamed.
2. Any newbie shall be refered to this Constitution, and shall abide all rules listed in Article III. Any newbie who becomes an annoyance and a hinderence to the progress of the board shall be deemed a n00b and shunned out of the community, to be completely ignored by all others.
2. No punishment shall be dealt onto a n00b besides shunning and ignoring. Any other sort of punishment will only add fuel to the fire.

Article III
All posters at PMS (Vets, PMSians and newbies) shall:
1. not flood the board with multiple pointless topics. One is enough.
2. not swear excessively.
3. post readable messages.
4. not be annoying and flame others for no reason.
5. listen to CJayC's ToS.
6. not cheezewiz out of flame wars.
7. (newbies only) not start an RPG without residing at PMS for at least 2 weeks.

Article IV
1. Fads are highly recommended by all persons.
2. Post boosting should be partaken by any good PMSian citizen.
3. New games should be inventive and fun.
4. All future polls should be labeled "Boredom Poll #" followed by the poll number and topic. At the time of ratification, the poll number is 34. At the current time, the poll number is 41.
5. Any and all Lampside Chats shall be under the duristiction of Simon/Scruffy/Wario86, and he shall be the moderator of such discussions.
6. James(Jacehan) is the head of the PMS Department of RPGs and Quizzes, having the ability to void a newbie RPG for lack of quality.
7. Jordan(Azumarrilman) has the sole right to a Paper Mario Survivor.
8. Steven(Yazzy) is the head of the Anti-n00b Association, and thus is allowed to exact the punishment described above on any n00b. ZZTMan may aid Steven in the destruction of n00bs who are out of control.
9. Wil is the head of the Department of Cynical topics and is the unofficial Polas of PMS.

Article V
1. This Constitution must be ratified by 10 out of the 17 Congressional Vets before it takes effect.
2. Any amendment or change can be suggested by any PMSian, and a significant amount of agreement in all PMSians is needed to exact the change.

Amendment 1
1. No PMSian shall ever mark another for moderation without the consent of at least 3 other PMSians, except in extreme cases.
2. Any PMSian who does mark another unfairly shall be shunned for a week.
