Unfinished Business:

Keith F's Situation: Keith has hired an attorney to represent him in this matter. His medical bills are approximately $17,000, and our insurance company has set a limit of $10,000. A motion was made to convene an Executive Board meeting on Sunday, February 10th to discuss our options. The motion was seconded and accepted by all in attendance.

The first “Steak Supper” will be held on Thursday, February 21st. Tickets are available at the bar for $9.00 per person. Future “Steak Suppers” will be held on the second Thursday of each month.

New Business:

A discussion took place concerning erecting signs on Rt. 6 and Rt. 72 to identify the PAPC Club and to promote the hall rentals. Further investigation is required into the legal aspects and the formalities required to accomplish this.

A sign-up sheet is posted for anyone interested in participating in a Cribbage Tournament to be held on Sunday nights from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

The issue of printing PAPC window stickers to sell to members was brought up. Most thought this was a good idea, and we will check into the cost and report back at the next meeting.

The fishing pole raffle was a complete success. The winner was Brad Y. The next raffle will be for a turkey fryer. Tickets are available at the bar.

A member recently signed in a guest using another member's name. This is not permitted. A verbal warning will be issued to the offending member.
