1) Papa Frank has the right to change the rules at any time.
2) All seats are gifts, and being that this is an act of pure love for both you and the Niners, there will be no complaining at any time!
a) ie. seat location, weather; be it wind or rain or hail or fog, or any typical San Francisco "treat" (includes bums, transvestites, or opponents).
3) Any change of plans, mind or team loyalty, means tickets revert back to Papa Frank. However, if just a change of plans or mind, you may give your tickets over to any immediate family member first, without any expressed written or verbal consent from Papa Frank. That is fine. But after that, they go back to Papa Frank. Family remains the recipients of "first right of refusal of tickets/seats".
4) No obscene language, dress or lack there of (nudity), or any vulgarity will be tolerated or you may loose all future rights to games and have to forfeit your tickets/seats back to Papa Frank. (Upon Papa's discretion).
