Susette and I were married in November, 1971 and raised our two children (Shannon and Garret) in Union City, California. We eventually migrated to Penn Valley, California where we plan on retiring. The deciding force that encouraged our move was the Loma Prieta Earthquaqe of 1989. This is the earthquake that collapsed part of the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Bridge and totally collapsed the Cypress Freeway.
We now live in Penn Valley with 6 cats, and 1 dog. As a hobby, we enjoy landscaping our yard. It is a constant work in progress as we plant, re-plant, dig, and sculpture the property.
