Team – Sportsmanship – Development

The PBL Youth Football & Cheerleading Board welcomes you to register for the 2009 season.

Just complete this registration form and bring it to the registration location at the date/time listed below.   ALL interested youth need to register for the upcoming season regardless of prior year eligibility or experience.

• Applicant need not be present, but a registration form must be submitted during the registration period detailed below to be considered for any team.
• Registration: Saturday, April 18^th from 8:00AM until 12:00PM (Noon) @ the Paxton Park District Civic Center building, located at 601 S. Fall St., Paxton.  DO NOT mail forms to this address!!!...if you are unable to submit your registration form during this period, you may submit your form to any PBL Youth Football & Cheerleading board member in advance of the registration period.
• If needed, for each level of both Football and Cheerleading, there will be a lottery drawing at a date/time to be determined  (the lottery drawing will not take place following the registration period as has been done in past years, but we will announce the lottery drawing structure and details during the registration period).
• Any form received after the 12:00PM deadline on April 18^th will be added to the end of the lottery list for their respective level.
