Panther Claw Lair Assassin Rules

The Caste of Assassins, or Black Caste, seems to be a phenomenon of the Towered Cities region of Gor, not of the North.  Assassins will be considered to be Outlaws in Panther Claw Lair.

As a general rule, since Blacks will not work for Panthers, Blacks cannot work here either.  Individuals may negotiate their roleplay with the Room Controller, in advance, if they think they can justify it as realistic and Gorean.  Failure to do so will result in roleplay being invalidated.
