What have you lost since you started? : Respect, a solid career, a prosperous future, the promise that we were all created equal, open communication, trust in fair and equal management, a part in the decision making process at SIA.

What do you want most from SIA? : I want a retirement plan, I want seniority to actually mean something, I want job classifications and pay scales, I want a means of recourse when things go awry (grievance procedure)! I want a voice in my own future as long as Im here at SIA.
