| The Registered office of the company is located in Lagos, Nigeira. The Objects for which the company was established: 1. To carry on business of providing security services generally and in particularly physical services, guards, dogs, physical installations; provision of undercover securities services, assessment of services required, intelligence and investigations, intruder alarms, safety services/security consultancy, sales of fire and safety equipment. 2. To Form or operate plain clothed and uniformed security guard force comprising of highly trained and professionally articulate security staff and details and to operate uniformed guards that act as crime deterrent. The plain clothed guards providing security services to VIP protection and for intelligence gathering. 3. To form and operate security guards for fraud and internal theft investigation and provide executive protection to export, import manufacture and install, fire and security equipment including telecommunications for the purpose of security. 4. To form and operate security guards for defensive tactics, use of non-lethal wagons (salons, Etc.) patrol duties, observation and awareness, exit and entry control, emergency reporting elementary fire protection services and equipment, undercover security services and generally to carry out the business of rendering security services in all its ramifications. 5. To carry on the business of a security organization and thereby operate and run security services for individuals, corporate bodies, or other establishment, issuing of security dogs, security guards, security equipment and gadgets, and generally to act as general security consultatants, to recruit, employ and train security personnel for companies, and corporate bodies through organization of seminars, lectures, and talks for such recruits, employees, or employers. 6. To train, prepare, package and hire out security equipment and personnel and generally to carry on the business of rendering security services in all its ramifications, travel services, security services, sale, imports, and exports of security gadgets and private investigators. |
