The house was built in 1998. It is beautifully decorated and it is able to accommodate 4-5 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, and one bathroom. There is one double bed and two single beds. (A baby cradle can be provided). In the living room there are 2 sofas, a small table and a dinning table. The house is fully equipped and fully furnished. There is stereo, telephone, TV set, DVD and fully functioning kitchen.
The front yard of the house is covered with a grapevine pergola. Under the pergola there is a round table with 6 chairs. In the back yard there is a big shared garden (350 sq. m.) with grass, palm trees and banana trees. There is also another grapevine pergola and a table under, where you can enjoy the breakfast, the lunch or the dinner.
