We are dedicated to promoting Pangration Athlima in Hong Kong in a safe and friendly environment. All our training sessions are held at Leisure & Cultural Services facilities, normally at Kowloon Bay Indoor Games Hall, Kowloon Bay
Training times vary unfortunately, due to commitments of either the instructors or students and of course availability of the venue. We are currently seeking support from the Hong Kong Sports Federation for assistance in providing a more usable venue and times. |

Our classes are held in a very relaxed atmosphere, everyone has an open say in the running of the classes. All instructors are top class instructors who demonstrate a willingness to develop the up & coming talent Hong Kong has to offer. We are dedicated to developing a squad to represent Hong Kong China in Athens, 2004 during the Summer Olympic Games, Youth Festival. |
