| Who knows where this all began ; or where to begin for this matter. For as long as I can remember baseball and music have been what I enjoy spending my time on. I remember (in the Eighties) watching Dale Murphy , play for the Braves and Ryne Sanburg, Mark Grace , and Andrea Dawson play for the Cubs. I've just always enjoyed watching and playing baseball. I started playing , YMCA ball ; at around the age of seven , "t-ball" , mother took me to it and I don't really remember much about it ; just that the t-ball field is almost one block away from my parents house , really close. Cap ball , Little League and Dixie Youth all followed and I always had a lot fun playing baseball. One year , in little league my team Bargan Store made second place. It was the only year I hit a home run , too. After , Dixie Youth (ball) I was too old to play anymore YMCA baseball. So, I pretty much quit. Although , local kids played almost every day. I soon quit playing though. I watched baseball on t.v. , everyday through the season. I love the game. Most people , don't like it. Hahaha , they're always saying "Baseball , it's so slow!" . Hahaha. Baseball , is my favorite sport. I remember "the strike" in 1994. I didn't really follow the politics of the game ; cause it's a game , it's supposed to be fun ; it's not supposed to be an argument. I hated not seeing any ball that year , I didn't understand why they weren't playing , though. The best team , assembled ; that I've ever seen was The Braves back in 91,92,93,95 . I mean , they were awesome. They had Justice , Gant , Penelton , Avery , Lemeke , Maddox , Smoltz , Glavine , Olson ....the list goes on and on. They really good. Sure , they always had problems in the play-offs and World Series ; but hey , in the season they were the best! Then , in '96 (or maybe it was 97...I can't remember) the Chicago Cubs had an awesome season. Mark Grace , the Chicago Cubs first baseman is easily the best player in baseball. Defensivly , he rarely let a ball get by him and he had the most hits in the nineties. Of course , Chicago gave him to Arizona and Arizona won the World Series that year. Best thing for Mark Grace to do , probaly the worst thing Chicago ever did. Oh well. |

| Hahaha. I could write about baseball , for quite some time. It's something that I love. I wanna write about other things too , though. I bet you don't care about the game , anyways ; or even more so , what I think about it. | |||||
| I've never liked being around or with more than a hand-full of people. I had a friend named Teddy , he lived two blocks away. We hung out together and did all sorts of things. Teddy , collected baseball cards and man, he had a ton of'em. Teddy's family , moved to Tennessee. My other friend , a guy named Michael , liked to skate. He built a ramp and it was alot of fun, I was never "really good" at skating , though. Me and Mike , hung-out and did many crazy things. Mike really got into drugs. Although, it was just pot ; he's gotten into so much fucking trouble over it. Sometime in 1994 , I met a guy named Tres. I'll never forget that first time I saw him. Tres being a very small kid ; having his arm twisted by a huge "red-neck". They were standing at the back of a class room. I walked back there , the "red-neck" got bored and walked off. We started talking and before we knew it , we were cutting class , to watch porn , go to Burger King and smoke cigarettes. Ha, those were the days. I heard about this record store in Greenville ,South Carolina called Manifest Disc's and Tapes. Tres and I went. Tres picked up a record called "Sleep , What's That?" and I got an album entitled "BoogadaBoogadaBoogada". They were cheap and looked really cool. I'd always liked oldies music , such as ; Buddy Holly , Beach Boys , Chuck Berry , and Elvis Presley. Me and Mike started listening to the Ramones only a'couple of months before Tres and I got some newer stuff. Tres, Mike and I ; started listening to Screeching Weasel, Operation Ivy, Crimpshrine , Green Day, NOFX, the Queers , MTX and lots of other good bands. Tres and I both got acoustic guitars and started practicing , making our own songs. Mike and I decided to start a band. He got a snare and some other pieces , gradguatly got more pieces to the set. I bought a Mexican made Fender guitar. It was the most in-expensive guitar with the best sound , that I could find. My parents got me a small Blazer 158 , Peavey amp ; for Christmas. It's a piece of shit but, it still works today. |
