This group was setup to help people like you and me, people with real problems who may have tried other "panic and anxiety" related email group list and found them to be cold or lacking real feelings. Maybe while in another group they tried to force rules on you, you did not agree with or tried to make you talk about your problems and personal situations and you did not feel comfortable. If You felt you were being used as a guinea pig more than likely you were, by a list owner who in fact was compiling your personal information into his / her next book and they did not tell you. Yes! This is a reality on the internet and you may have been a victim unknowingly. Just because someone used the name safe or free in their list / group name that did not mean they were always telling you the truth.

This list is Un-Moderated and a open forum as discribed below:

This list is for anyone who has Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia or who may be dealing with depression and other related illness such as OCD etc...

It is a list set up for the free flow of information between members who wish to exchange views,opinions or help and give support to others who have simular problems in day to day life.

If you don't want to discuss it, don't post it to the group because once it is public it is open to debate, questioning or debunking.

Please feel free to post your favorite links, jokes or other website information you wish to share with the list, let's make this a fun list
