Missions
Worship Offering
Lacie Durand made a motion that the Jan/Feb offering be designated for DENUM.
Michael Miller made a second that the Jan/Feb offering be designated for DENUM
There was 100% agreement
Souper Bowl
Phil George reported that in 2003, youth around the country collected 3.5 million dollares.
Bonnie Mankle shared that the PUMC Food Pantry was being used a lot.
It was decided to give the funds raised for the Souper Bowl on Feb. 1 to be given the PUMC Food Pantry.
There will be a skit for on Jan 24, Shera Stear said she would be one of the actores.
Michael Miller and Keving Pula will do a skit on Feb. 1
Teams
Welcoming Team
This team will be responsible following up with visitors. They will also create/update a welcome packet to be given to each visitor.
Worship Team
This team will help with worship. Readers, set up and tear down.
Team members are Jake Sneath, Mark Bevill, Bryce Graham, and Kelly Scott
MIA Team
This team will follow up with people who have missed 2 weeks of youth group. Phil George reported that there were 3 Jr. High youth and 6 Sr. High youth who missed more then 50% of the time last semester.

T-Shirts/Hoodies
Erica Clarno and Becky Bargfrede are going to work on designing and get info for hooded sweat shirts or t-shirts. Phil Geoge and Kelly Scott said that they would share what info they have.
Officers
We will be electing officers at the next meeting. There will be a President, Vice President and Secretary. The plan is for the president to run the future meetings.
Next Meeting
We decided to meet on the 2nd Sunday of the month at after the 2nd service (11:30ish)
