PAN-EU-RHYTHMY

PanEuRhythmy is a sacred dance.  Its music and movements were given by the Master Peter Konstantinov Deunov (Beinsa Douno, 1864-1944, Bulgaria). The fundamental principles of his teaching are Love, Wisdom and Truth.

The word PANEURHYTHMY means "supreme cosmic rhythm":  PAN means whole, all-over, cosmic; EU means true, supreme, the essence from which everything arises; RHYTHM means periodicity or correct regularity of movement. 

Each PanEuRhythmy exercise has symbolic significance and expresses a particular thought, feeling and action.  It also reflects the Divine Spirit.   The PanEuRhythmy is a harmonious creative manifestation of the Divine in the Universe.  The dancing circle is a symbol of the great wheel of life, beauty and unity, as well as of the way of human consciousness towards perfection.

The PanEuRhythmy improves physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.  It strengthens the muscles and bones; increases the capacity of the organs and regularises their function; improves breathing, blood circulation and nervous system functioning.  It rejuvenates and creates a beautiful body.

When we perform the exercises consciously, we attune ourselves to Cosmic rhythm, and the energies, talents and gifts within us begin to grow and manifest.  The PanEuRhythmy stimulates the awakening and development of our spiritual gifts such as mercy, compassion, love, faith and hope. 

This sacred dance develops our musical capacity and sensitivity and provides contact and relationship with the Light beings and Angels, who give us inspiration, enlightenment and assistance in our spiritual development.  It promotes expansion of consciousness, the awakening of global cosmic consciousness and unites us and harmonises our individual and collective energy. 

The PanEuRhythmy creates a powerful centre for transmitting Love, Joy, Peace and Harmony towards all souls, calling everyone to enter the Path of the Divine and bringing life, power, joy and beauty within the human soul. 

It is a great method for transformation and prepares our body, mind, heart for the new culture of Peace, Freedom, Justice, Harmony, Cosmic Love, Brotherhood and Sisterhood.   It links us with the creative, constructive and organising forces of Nature, enabling us to receive life-giving energy.  When the Divine energy flows through us, our body, mind and heart are transformed.  In this way we prepare ourselves for the new Cosmic spring coming on our beloved planet. 

The Master Beinsa Douno states:
 

"...PanEuRhythmy is the key to my teaching which brings peace to human souls.  The Great Souls must receive this key from you; you must give it to them, so that they can open the door and offer a helping hand to souls still plunged in the world of oblivion.  The consciousness of these beings will be illuminated, and they will grasp the meaning of their life.  The great evolved Souls will implant in them the graft of Love, and this world, grafted from within, will acquire a new light and a new impulse towards all other aspirations:  from involution to evolution; from unending wars towards eternal peace; from hatred towards Divine Love; from  egoism towards self-abnegation.      Sing and dance PanEuRhythmy and my blessing will be with you."

PANEURHYTHMY  from Beinsa Douno.  Presented by Krum Vazharov and María Mitovska.  Vsemir, Bulgaria. 2000 Summary:  This book presents the PanEuRhythmy sacred dance given by the inspired spiritual Master Peter Deunov (Beinsa Douno).  This presentation of the PanEuRhythmy, Sunbeams and Pentragram was done by Krum Vazharov  (1908-1991, psychologist and educator) who became a disciple of the Master in 1927 and witnessed the Master giving the PanEuRhythmy.
