| you carried me home |
| sitting on a silver cloud punching through the blackest lining pulling out the fat dewdrops examining what im finding jumping, skipping to and fro from cloud to cloud i toss and tumble up in the air just like an eagle but like a mouse ill surely stumble now im rushing to the earth face first into the unforgiving ground and when i hit my body shatters in all my pain i make no sound lying in my stagnant squallor tears come pouring; im alone just when i think that im forgotten you pick me up and carry my broken heart home... |
