step 1)

be sure to have your xanga CENTER aligned! don't worry about the width. (as you can seei put a red x through it)

after you've done the header, make sure that the background is center aligned, repeats vertically, and scrolls w/ the page

make sure to have the border color, title background, and interior transparent! (i'm not sure if it helps, but just in case, do this anyways)

if you want the top bar thingy to say like "mai's xanga" or something put the following code into your website stats! ^_^
