1200 Iranian Kurd refugees (called north Iraq refugees) that has come to Turkey during 2001 to 2003 from north of Iraq need to urgently helps and serious attentions!
This group of political actives have been opposed to the despotism of Islamic Republic of Iran and have campaigned against the dictatorship of that government to years and because of threatens and stresses they had to leave the country and refuge in North of Iraq !
After “the golf war” and non-existence of a concentrated government there the penetration of spying and terrorist networks of Islamic Republic of Iran in that regions increased so that they started to steal and terror the refugees there.
In this situation and after that UNHCR stopped its activities there , this group of refugees for saving their life and their families came to turkey and take refuge in UNHCR offices in Turkey.
After a long dally finally at the beginning of 2004 they have received a paper suggestive of their acceptance by UNHCR and up to now after 1.5 years this group of refugees waits for other stage of their resorting process to be prepared by UNHCR and unfortunately they have been in loose end up to now .
So, according to this terrible situation we invite the responsible of UNHCR to:
1- Try to solve their resorting case stages problems as soon as possible.
2- Pay attention to their life situation and give them economical helps.
3- Investigation to their willing that are completely connected to purport of Geneva convention 1951 and annexed protocols about refugee rights
