EXHIBITION REQUIREMENTS -Review and written approval of "Traveling Exhibition Contract" -Limited access gallery or museum space -A minimum of 1800 square feet well lighted secured interior exhibition space. -Continuous surveillance by trained staff, trained volunteers or security guards during public hours. SHIPPING Borrowing institution will pay for round trip transport and insurance cost by a qualified art handler. INSURANCE The borrowing Institution will provide Ira Sherman with written verification from the borrowers insurance company to confirm wall-to-wall fine arts coverage for the full value of the traveling exhibit in the above listed artist inventory during display or storage. The borrower will assume all liabilities for damage, loss or theft to this exhibit while this exhibit is on loan to the borrowing institution.
