| "So let me try and I will be good to you, just let me try and I'll be there for you, I'll show you why, you're so much more than good enough."-Sarah McLachlan | ||||||
| Leslie smiled as she saw Justin coming toward the trailer. Now was the time to make her move. Emerging from the bushes, she smiled brightly. "Justin." He stopped dead in his tracks. "Leslie." She smiled. "You came all this way just to see me? That's so sweet." She said, walking towards him. He shook his head and gulped. "Um, actually I'm" She raised a finger to this lips to silence him. "Sshhh. Don't talk. I know how much you want me. I can see the lust in your eyes, so you might as well not try and deny it." Lise smiled in spite of herself, and quietly crept to the trailer, unlocking the door, and stepping inside. "Well, Leila. I think you can come out now." Leila glared at her mother. "How sad, that you felt you had to lock me in a trailer. What's wrong, mother? Afraid of something?" Lise smiled. "I'm not afraid of anything." Leila rolled her eyes and walked outside. "C'mon, baby, tell me how much you want me." He shook his head, and brought her hands away from his waist. "Leslie" She looked at him, and smiled, knowing her sister was watching in silence behind him. "Enough talk." She pulled his face to hers and attacked his lips with her own. Leila shook her head, before taking off past them. Justin pulled away, as Leila ran past him. "Leila! No!" He glared at Leslie, who was smiling from ear to ear. And just past her, he saw Lise, wearing the same evil grin on her face. Shaking his head in disgust, he ran after her. "Isabelle have you seen Leila?!" Isabelle looked at him, confused. "She just ran past here a few minutes, ago.. Justin, what happened?" He shook his head. "I'll tell you later." He took off running again, in search of her. Never before had he felt so used To think he actually LIKED this girl, made him sick to his stomach. "Leila!" He saw her, sitting on a bench and he ran to her. "Leila, listen to me" She shook her head. "No, go away. I don't want to listen to anything. Leave me alone." He shook his head. "Please, Leila, listen to me she kissed me. I was coming to find you I was worried" She stood up and faced him. "Why don't you tell it to someone who cares? I said, it didn't matter. It's not like I liked you or anything, anyways. Go back to my sister, Justin. We all know she's the one you want." She walked away, leaving him standing there. He sighed and sat down, and put his head in his hands. Now what was he supposed to do? She didn't even let him explain. 'Why don't you tell it to someone who cares?' her voice echoed in his mind. She didn't even care. But he did. And he'd be damned if she just walked away, not knowing that. He stood up and took off in the direction she went. She sighed, as she walked back to the set. She was tired, defeated, and hurt, and she didn't want to be bothered. She looked up to see Isabelle and JC standing before her. "Leila! Are you alright?" She nodded, walking past them. "I'm fine." JC looked around, confused. "Where's Justin?" Leila laughed, bitterly. "He's probably with Leslie." Isabelle looked at JC, who looked equally confused. "What does that mean?" Leila sighed. "It means what it means. He's probably off sucking face with my sister right now." Isabelle shook her head. "But he doesn't like" She trailed off, as she watched Leila walk away. JC sighed. "This isn't good." Isabelle shook her head. "No, it's not. I've never seen such emptiness in someone's eyes before." JC nodded, pulling her close. "Hey there Leila." She sighed and turned around. "Grant. I'm not in the mood, so just go away." He laughed, and pulled her out of sight. "What are you doing? Let go of me!" He covered her mouth with his hand. "Shut up, Leila. I'm so sick of you always ignoring me. What am I not good enough for you?!" She squirmed against him. He smiled, evilly. "Oh, come now, Leila. Don't fight this. Do you honestly think anyone cares enough to save you?" "You bet your ass they do." Grant turned around to see Justin, standing there, fuming. "Let her go, now." Grant snickered. "Or else what?" Justin took a step forward. "Or else, your face is gonna have a little talk with my fist." Grant snickered and pushed her towards him. "Take her. She's not worth my time, anyways." Justin caught her and glared at him, before taking her hand and pulling her away. She allowed him to pull her over to a bench and he sat her down and knelt down before her. "Are you ok? Did he try anything?" She shook her head. "I'm fine." He nodded. "Leila, I'm sorry, really I am. I promise you, I didn't kiss your sister. She kissed me Yeah, I used to like her, but that's all changed. Ever since I met you. You don't have any idea, how used I felt, or how much I wanted you to be the one kissing me. Please please, don't hate me." She had to strain her ears to her the last part, for his voice had turned into a whisper, but she heard it alright. "I don't hate anyone, Justin. And certainly not you. You just saved my ass in there. How could I hate you? It's quite the direct opposite really." He looked at her and took her hands and stood both of them up. "Leila remember how you told me that people made you feel as if you didn't matter? And that they didn't care about what you had to say?" He watched, as she nodded. He smiled. "Well, I care about what you have to say, and I'm going to show you just how much you matter. And above all, I'm going to show you what it's liked to be loved. Are you willing to let me in?" She smiled, trying to blink away the tears that had formed in her eyes. "Yes." She whispered. He smiled and tilted her face up to his and kissed her softly, and sweetly. She sighed against his lips, knowing that she had longed to feel this for so long. He pulled back gently, before brushing away a stand of hair and kissing her again, only this time, more passionate and intense. Isabelle looked at JC and he smiled, kissing her lips as well. She smiled, against him. "I don't think they could've asked for a more perfect ending." JC smiled. "No, I don't think they could've asked for a more perfect beginning." The two smiled, and walked away, leaving the two completely lost in one another. The End! Main Main Story Page |
