"This is absolutely ridiculous! How, do you expect us to be ready to put out an album, when we've lost one of our BEST workers?! Geeze, Johnny. At a time like this? " Johnny Wright looked at the frustrated man in front of him. "JC, calm down. A replacement will be found, don't worry. One, I promise you'll be able to trust. I know you've had some serious trust issues in the past, but there will not be another slip up again, I can assure you all." The other 4 members of Nsync, looked at each other, only a bit worried. It wasn't their fault JC had to go and fall in love. It wasn't their fault, she turned out to be one of the forces working against them. They understood his concern. But, they trusted Johnny to make the right decisions, in regards to who would get the job done. Justin sighed. "Jace� Johnny knows what he's doing. He'll pick someone who's qualified� and someone who'll do a good job� and be on our side. Trust him." JC sighed. The word "trust" had been thrown around a lot lately, and he didn't like it one bit. Betrayal was one thing. Dishonesty was another. He lived in a world, where, there were a lot of people against him, but for him to fall for one of them? It wasn't fair.
"Alright, Johnny. You know what to do." Melinda Bell, writer and web-mistress of the Nsync family, was out. Being one of those, against them, it wasn't appropriate to keep her around, no matter how many times she apologized. However, it was Kira, who had been the one who'd created the most chaos. In his mind, anyhow. He pushed his thoughts, aside and stood. "Alright then. Johnny, we need to go record. Come on guys. Let's try and finish up Girlfriend today, eh?" The 4 nodded, and stood as well. "Johnny, if you don't mind, keeping us up to date� and letting us meet the new replacement before hiring?" Chris asked. Johnny nodded. "Of course, boys."
Chloe grinned, stretched out on the couch. "Ick, Hayden. You're all whiney in this movie." Hayden Christensen grinned. "Yeah, it's great. And I get to work with Natalie Portman. She's hot, ya know." Chloe shook her head, swatting at him with the pillow. "You're a wacko." He grinned. "Yep. That's me. So, come on, run lines with me. You be Padme." She rolled her eyes. "Who else did you think I'd be? R2-D2?" Hayden grinned. "Shut up and read!" She sighed. "Ok." She began reading, and as they got to the love scene, she couldn't contain her laughter any longer. "I'm� sorry�" she said between breaths, "this is too cheesy!" Hayden sighed. "You're a goober, you know that?" She nodded, upon hearing the phone ring. "Go� answer� for me." He rolled his eyes, and grinned, devilishly, before picking up the phone. "Sperm bank. You squeeze em, we freeze em. How can I help you?" Chloe's mouth dropped open, as her friend, listened attentively. "Oh, of course, miss Melanie. She's right here. And you know you want me, babe." Hayden grinned, dropping the cordless into Chloe's lap. Chloe smacked him, and answered. "Hello?"
"Chloe? Hey." Hayden grinned and yelled. "YOU KNOW YOU WANT ME, MEL! I can hear it in your voice!" Melanie shook her head on the other end. "What a fag. But, hey, guess what? You still want an internship?"
Chloe nodded. "Of course." Melanie grinned. "Ok, well, you got one. We both have an interview tomorrow at Jive studios. I'm applying for the replacement of one of the journalists and you my dear, shall be my intern! Whatcha say?" Chloe pushed Hayden away, who was whispering dirty little secrets into her ear. "I say, good deal. What time should I meet up there?" Melanie smiled. "10 AM, dear. Hope you can get up that early. I gotta go, I'll see you tomorrow, ok?" Chloe smiled. "Yes'm. Bye. Oh, and Hayden says love ya." Melanie laughed. "Tell him, the feeling isn't mutual. Bye dear."
Chloe grinned, looking at the innocent little face in her lap. "She doesn't like you, Hayden. Get over yourself." He smiled. "Nope. I'm too awesome. But, I'm out. I'll see you tomorrow, ok, kiddo?" She nodded and hugged him. "Night, luv." He grinned and yelled upstairs. "Bye Tobester!"
Chloe smiled as she heard her brother yell down at Hayden and watched him walk out. 'Internship? At Jive studios� This could be quite an experience�'
