| Katie sighed, as she sat outside her house on her porch swing. She shivered, feeling the cool night air hit her. She shoved her hands in her pocket and frowned, as she felt something there. She pulled it out and gasped upon seeing what it was. A blue and white bracelet. Flashback Katie groaned, as she held on to JCs arm. This is pathetic! Here I am, all damsel in distress, because I might pass out. He chuckled, looking down at her. Its fine hey. Do you wear colored contacts? She shook her head. No, why? He shrugged. Oh, your eyes are just so bright and blue She looks down, trying not to blush. Theyre the real deal. What is that bracelet you always wear? He frowns, holding up his wrist. This one? He asked, motioning to the blue and white one. She nodded. Yeah. He smiled, looking down at it. Im going to give it to the girl I fall in love with. She smiled, studying his face. Thats really sweet. He nodded, grinning back. Thanks. She pointed ahead. Wed better catch up. End flashback She sighed, to herself and closed her eyes tightly, trying to block out the memory of him. Katie grinned, as she talked with Ali over the phone. So, hows my cousin? Ali grinned. Hes good. He misses you though. We all do. Katie smiled. I miss yall too. Hey, Al? Hows JC? Ali sighed. Oh, hes ok, I suppose. Hes dating some skank, but I dont think itll last much longer. Katie nodded, trying desperately not to cry. Ali? Remember that blue and white bracelet he always wore? Ali nodded. Yes... Katie sniffled. Well. He said he was going to give it to the girl he fell in love with... I found it in my coat pocket a few nights ago. Ali gasped. Oh, geeze, Katie. Katie sighed. Ali. I was wrong to come back here. I love him. Ali sighed. You have to tell him. Katie shook her head. Its probably too late now. Ali shook her head. No, Katie, its never too late! They have a show tomorrow night in Panama City. You have to come! Katie sighed. I cant, Ali. Ali sighed, frustrated. He has loved you since the day he met you, you idiot. And if you dont see that, then youre a bigger fool than I thought you were. (the next night) Ali strained her neck, looking around. Justin frowned. Who are you looking for? Ali sighed. No one. Youd better get going. He nodded, giving her a quick kiss. Yeah. (after the show) JC nudged Justin. Hey man, Im gonna go take a walk, if anyone asks. Justin nodded. Sure thing, dude. A while later, a very bored Ali, Justin, Joey, Chris and Lance sat in Justins room, trying to figure out something to do. Chris shrugged. Club? Joey shook his head. Nah... He trailed off upon hearing a voice. Look at you lazy bums. Sitting around on your arses... its Panama City for petes sake! Why arent you out cruisin? Or riding scooters? Joey grinned, jumping up. Katie! He hugged her tightly. Ali laughed. You back? Katie nodded. I just finished talking to Johnny. Ali nodded. Katie looked around and then back to Ali. Where is he? Ali smiled. Went for a walk on the beach. A few minutes later she approached him and sat next to him. Hey. He turned, surprised. Katie? She smiled. Hey you. Whatcha thinking about? He shook his head. When did you get here? She frowned. About 20 minutes ago. He nodded, his eyes resting on his bracelet. She blushed. I havent taken it off since I found it. He sighed. You. She shook her head. What? He smiled. I was thinking about you. She sighed. Im so sorry, JC. Ive missed you so much... Ive missed hearing your voice, and seeing your face... He grinned, and kissed her gently. She smiled. And kissing you... He grinned. I love you. She smiled. Oh, yeah? Not half as much as I love you. He grinned, pulling her to him, his lips hovering above hers. Oh yeah? Well see about that. He leaned down and claimed her lips with his, and she sighed to herself happy that she decided to take a risk for once in her life. The End! Take me Back! |
