Vritramon (Takuya in B Spirit form) demands that Grottomon give Izumi her spirit back that he stole. Unfortunately, Grottomon escapes
(like the coward he is). In the dub, when Takuya was struggling to control his B Spirit, Zoe (Izumi) was worried because there was nothing any of them could do to help him. It's interesting that in the previous episode,
Zoe was worried about Takuya when the B Spirit first possessed him. Later, Takuya is afraid to evolve into BurningGreymon (the US name for Vritramon) when Tommy (Tomoki) is kidnapped by Gigasmon.
Zoe tells him not to be afraid and that he'll be fine as long as he remembers who his friends are. He snaps out of it just in time to save Tommy.
In this episode, Takuya checks up on Izumi while she's
caring for Seraphimon's digiegg.
While the group relaxs on a beach, Takuya hears Izumi scream. He's the first to rush in
(unfortunately with Junpei behind him) and sees something he shouldn't have. (^_^) Izumi, totally shocked, throws everything but the kitchen sink at the
two boys! Later, she ends up apologizing. Takuya ends up glaring
angrily at Junpei and accuses him of spying on Izumi. (Finally, he gets jealous of Junpei's crush on her. What in the world took him so long?)
After the Toucanmon steal their digivices, the boys head to the dressing room and find Izumi there again. She, of course, goes postal on them.
(^_^) In the dub, when Junpei was gloating about how he got Izumi's spirit back, Takuya said he was going to be sick.
(He's in good company with that one. ^_^)
Takuya hears Junpei talking about the B Spirits.
He imagins Fairymon as a crazed monster.
(It's the first time that Izumi or any of her digivolved forms are exclusively on his mind. ^_^)
He's afraid that Izumi will be out of control with her B Spirit. Later, Izumi wants to help out the Gomamon on the island since she still has her digivice. Takuya stops her and says that they'll help her with or
without their digivices. (Sweet, isn't it?) When Calamaramon attacks Fairymon with her Jealousy Rain,
Takuya calls out "Fairymon!" but when she falls towards a whirlpool he ends up calling out "Izumi!" (More sweetness. He's starting to care about her.) After he sees Shutumon (Izumi's B Spirit form),
Takuya says that her B Spirit is so cool. Later, after Izumi gives the boys her famous "kissy look", Takuya and
Tomoki look annoyed. She then hugs Takuya and Kouji
and Takuya blushes. (Finally!) Unfortunately, in the dub, the only thing that remained was Takuya's decision to help Izumi protect the Gomamon.
Kouji eventually did so along with everyone else. The rest was stripped out and replaced with dubbed Kouji/Izumi and Junpei/Izumi
(to this webmaster's horror! Oh the humanity!)
When the group is surrounded by Sefirotmon's tentacles,
Takuya almost gets skewered by one until Izumi hits on the head, thinking that
he touched her butt. The group eventually escape but Izumi lands on top of Takuya, who tells her to get off of him.
Both of them end up blushing like crazy! (^_^)
(When Kouji was battling Duskmon, not one time did she do this.) Later, when BlackSeraphimon forces
Takuya to de-digivolve and is about to kill him, Izumi cries out "TAKUYA!!!" with tears in her eyes.
(Again, she didn't do this for Kouji or even Junpei as a matter of fact. The era of Takumi [Takuya/Izumi] has begun!) It a very touching scene for any Takumi fan and is a must-see
