The Pilates method is a set of principles, corrective exercises and specialized equipment which combined works the whole body, coordinating the upper and lower musculature with the body’s center. This dramatically improves strength, flexibility, posture and coordination. A mind/body exercise method, Pilates is designed to give strong and flexible muscles without building bulk. It stretches and strengthens at the same time whilst engaging the bodies powerhouse during every exercise. At Pam’s Studio you will work in (group sessions, duets, privates) performing Pilates mat exercises and using specialized Pilates equipment. You will learn to perform Pilates exercises designed to suit you individually. This workout will leave you feeling revitalized and refreshed. |
