Goals and Objectives:
- To provide scholarships to deserving students with financial need;
- To raise funds for scholarship awards on: vocational/technical level, collegiate and PHS teachers development program;
- To establish donor-to-scholar contacts as opportunities for guidance and counseling, among others;
- To monitor the progress of the scholars and their employment placement after graduation;
- To plan and implement the Foundation’s teacher development program among PHS teachers through value enrichment workshops and post-graduate scholarship studies.

- Vocational/technical Scholarship
Meeting with school administrators
Jan/Feb 2003
a) Screening and selection of minimum two scholars Mar 15, 2003
for one-year course;
b) Solicitation of sponsors for every scholar Mar 15, 2003
c) Submission of scholars to the Foundation for Mar 31, 2003
matching with donors’ list;
d) Awarding of scholarships during PHS 2003 Apr 15, 2003
commencement exercises;
e) Submission of quarterly progress reports to the 2 wks from end of sem
Foundation and the respective sponsor(s);
f) Meeting between sponsors and scholars; Dec 30, 2003
g) Submission of report to the foundation and 6 mos from graduation
sponsors as to the job placement of the scholars;
- College Scholarship at Assumption College,
New Era University, Angeles University,East Central
Colleges and other colleges in Pampanga

for 1st semester 2003;
b) Solicitation of sponsors for every scholar; Mar 15, 2003
(minimum target: 5 scholars for a 4-5 year course
at P 20,000 per semester per scholar while good
grades are maintained);
c) Submission of scholars to the Foundation for Mar 31, 2003
matching with donors’ list;
d) Awarding of scholarships during PHS 2003 Apr 15, 2003
commencement exercises;
e) Submission of semestral progress reports to the 2 wks from end of sem
Foundation and the respective sponsor(s);
f) Meeting between sponsors and scholars; Dec 30, 2003
g) Submission of report to the foundation and 6 mos from graduation
sponsors as to the job placement of the scholars;
- PHS Teacher Development Program
a) Leadership seminar workshop on values enrichment
in coordination with the Division of City Schools,
San Fernando ;
b) Screening and selection of one scholar for Mar 15, 2003
post-graduate studies;
c) Solicitation of sponsors for the scholar;
Mar 15, 2003
d) Monitoring and progress report of the scholar; 2 wks from end of sem
e) Meeting between sponsors and scholar; Dec 30, 2003
