Committee No. 02 : LIVELIHOOD PROJECT COMMITTEE

Goals and Objectives:

  1. To organize dedicated and reliable community residents who have the desire and capability to work in community service projects;
  2. To assist selected community leaders in initiating livelihood programs in their barangays, based on a principle of self-help, with the Foundation giving assistance by way of expert advcie and in special cases, seed money to help barangay residents help themselves in productive enterprises.

Proposed Projects/Activities:

The committee will focus its efforts on the following :

  1. Skills Training (TESDA)          Sept – Nov 2003

  2. Torsorial arts                       Mar – Apr 2003

  3. Candle Making                      May – Aug 2003

  4. Food Preservation                 Oct – Dec 2003
