Cody’s Creme Rouge is a stunning AQHA colt and a true Perlino, color genetics tested at UC Davis (Scroll down for pedigree and testing information). These pictures were taken in May and July 2005 at 14 and 16 months of age. He is extremely well bred and is from Cielo Celeste Farm in Santa Ynez, CA. He is by a beautiful grulla stallion out of a Palomino mare with a dorsal stripe. Cody is well muscled has a good disposition, and is a beautiful mover. He has a long graceful neck and a small head and is very well balanced. He shows great potential as a color producer. Perlinos are known to produce Palomino, Buckskin and smoky black horses. Cody is being sold due to the owner’s continuing health problems, otherwise he would not be for sale.
