Parents are notified about students progress through:
1. Regular Parent - Teacher Meetings on fixed dated every year.
2. Final results and promotions PTA in early June.
3. All PTA Meetings take place between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM unless otherwise indicated.
4. Additionally parents may be called to the College to discuss their child's progress at any time should the need be identified by the College.
5. Parents amy also make and appointment to discuss their child's progress if they feel their is need beyond the normal schedule of PTA's.
ASSESMENT
Students undergo continuous assesments in all subject through a variety of academic quizzes, tests, classwork assignment, projects, practicals, and termly examinations.
Additionally grades are allocated for the Community Action Programme, all other College activities as well as attendance, punctuality, and conduct, and behavior.

All the elements are combined and a complete computer profile and reporting system generates the Bi-Annual Student Record of Acievement.
