Cheques
The College Authorities cannot accept payment by cheque since it is not prepared to be held liable for processing charges and the non-clearance of cheques.
Summer Fees
(June and July) are payable in advance during May. All graduating students will be billed until June of the Graduating year.
Paperwork
Any official paperwork such as Leaving Certificates, Recommendation and etc. must be requested one month in advance of the required date and at one time.
Withdrawal
Parents may request withrawal of a student during the academic year by written application to the Principal atleast one month in advance or at the expense of one month's fees. The last date for notification is March 31st leave by April 30th. Any student remaining in college throughout May must pay the entire years fees, irrespective of whether they return in August or not.
Security Deposit
This will only be refunded after all dues are clear. The college reserves the right to withhold official transcripts or other paperwork until all payments have been made fully.
Defaulters
Students of parents failing to clear outstanding dues will not be allowed into either the College campus or their classrooms. Any outstanding paperwork will be delayed until the account is clear.N.B. Refusal to respond to notice or late fee reminders will result in cancellation of the student's registration number.
Re-Admission
Parents will have to pay re-admission charges in addition to all dues to obtain a new registration number and students may be refused re-admission if there are no vacancies in the appropriate class.
Fee Structure
The college reserves the right to alter the fees structure without prior notice and whenever it considers it to be necessary. Fees are liable to increase accoring to the rate of inflation.
