We found great bargains on these skirts and blouses from two sources - Stern's (major north east department store)and H&M (highly regarded Manhattan Store). For those of you that don't know of Stern's, it's comparable with Macy's. All items are BRAND NEW with tags and prices still attached. All are high quality items, We wouldn't sell any junk.
