Columbus J. Jackson was born May 21, 1861.  He is the son of Marcus L. Jackson and Matilda Baker.
Edmund Jackson was born March 20, 1863.  He is the son of Marcus L. Jackson and Matilda Baker.
Gennia "Jennie" Baker Jackson was born July 13, 1870 and died January 23, 1957 at Montgomery, Alabama.  She is the daughter of Marcus L. Jackson and Matilda Baker.  She married Shadrach Meshack Mitchell, Sr. December 28, 1890 at Highland Home, Alabama.
George Thomas Jackson was born May 26, 1865.  He is the son of Marcus L. Jackson and Matilda Baker.
Johna Eugenia Jackson was born September 5, 1856.  She is the daughter of Marcus L. Jackson and Matilda Baker.
Julia Frances Jackson was born November 3, 1854 and died in 1930 at Highland Home, Alabama.  She is the daughter of Marcus L. Jackson and Matilda Baker.  She married William Edward Bradley.
Lauren Ellen Jackson was born april 13, 1858.  She is the daughter of Marcus L. Jackson and Matilda Baker.  She married William L. Adams.
Marcus L. Jackson was born January 7, 1816 in Georgia and died December 6, 1887 at LaPine, Alabama.  He married #1 Indian S. Jackson.  Children with Indian: William S., Hobson, M., Stephen W.  He married #2 Matilda C. Baker on December 6, 1849.   Children with Matilda Baker:  Mary Elizabeth, Martha Caroline, Julia Frances, Johna Eugenia, Lauren Ellen, Mark L., Columbus J., and Edmund.
Mark L. Jackson was born June 4, 1860 and died in 1861.  He is the son of Marcus L. Jackson and Matilda Baker.
Martha Caroline Jackson was born January 21, 1852.  She is the daughter of Marcus L. Jackson and Matilda Baker.
Mary Elizabeth Jackson was born September 30, 1879 and died January 22 1879.  She is the daughter of Marcus L. Jackson and Matilda Baker.
Samuel Helton Jackson was born May 18, 1867.  He is the son of Marcus L. Jackson and Matilda Baker.
