DUNAWAY INDIVIDUALS:
Amos Dunaway was the son of William Dunaway (1751) and Nancy.
Asenith Dunaway was born May 9, 1807 at Wilkes County, Georgia, and died May 20, 1888 at Cullman County, Alabama.  She is the daughter of William Dunaway (1751)  and Nancy.  She married James Howard on May 7, 1829 at Lincoln County, Georgia.  Children:  Thomas Jefferson, James, Sarah, Martha Ann Jane, Rhoda Carolyn, Amanda Frances, Zebulon, William S., George W., Hiram Bolding.
Benjamin Dunaway was the son of William Dunaway (1751) and Nancy.  He married Mary Boatwright.
James Dunaway was born in 1778 at Bedford County, Virginia?  He is the son of William Dunaway (1751) and Eleanor Burton.  He married #1 Lucinda Cousin on January 17, 1829.  He married #2 Sarah Lee.
Francis Dunaway was the son of William Dunaway (1751) and Nancy.
Jeremiah Dunaway was born August 8, 1794 at Wilkes County, Georgia, and died at Wilcox County, Alabama.  He is the son of William Dunaway (1751)  and Nancy.  He married #1 Betsey Freeman.  He married #2 Aseneth Ann Oglebie on October 22, 1835.  Children:  Frances Marion, William J.
John Dunaway was the son of William Dunaway (1751) and Nancy.
Joseph N. Dunaway was born in 1803.  He is the son of William Dunaway (1751) and Nancy.  He maried Frances N. Howard.
Sarah Dunaway was the daughter of William Dunaway (1751) and Nancy.
Samuel Dunaway was the son of William Dunaway (1751) and Nancy.  He married #1 Lilly Ann Parkerson on September 26, 1828.  He married #2 Louise Drake on October 12, 1853.
Timothy C. Dunaway was born in 1798 at Jones County, Georgia.  He is the son of William Dunaway (1751) and Nancy.  He married #1 Elizabeth Knox on January 9, 1827.  He married #2 Mary Davis.  Children:  Mary, Martha, Frances.
William Dunaway was born in 1751 at Bedford County, Virginia and died in 1830 at Wilkes County, Georgia.  He served an enlistment as a Private in the 5th Virginia Regiment in the Revoloutionary War.  The, with two of his brothers, moved to Wilkes County and joined the Georgia Troop comanded by Col. E. Clark.  He married #1 Eleanor Burton c. 1775 in Virginia.  He married #2 Nancy (?).  Children: (I am still trying to determine which children were born to each wife) William Jr., James, Jeremiah, Timothy C., Amos, John, Samuel, Joseph N., Asenith, Benjamin, Francis, Sarah. 
William Dunaway Jr. was born c. 1776 at Bedford County, Virginia?  He is the son of William Dunaway (1751) and Eleanor Burton.  He married Sarah Kinder.
