How to measure for a Bra: Get a soft measuring tape (you may need someone to help you). Measure around your ribs right under you breast. I will for example say this is 30" Now measure around the fullest part of your breast (this is usually the nipples). For an example say this is 34"
Now the Formula...
If your ribs are an even # you will add 6 " to the #.
If they are odd add 5"
So for my example you will need a bra that is a 36.
For the cup size you will a a cup for every inch so my example you will need a D cup.
